We have in house capabilities to layout jobs with Auto-Cad, to achieve exact specifications and minimize all re-work by pointing out problems before they arise in fabrication. Welder qualification by testing all welders on qualified procedures before proceeding to production welds. Welding procedures written in house and tested by NATA accredited laboratories, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Safe work method statements (SWMS) and Job safety analysis (JSA) written in house for specific projects as required.
We have our own in house hydrostatic and pneumatic test facilities, and dye penetrate testing. We are conveniently located near NATA accredited suppliers of mechanical testing to qualify new welding procedures and Non Destructive Testing (NDT) like radiography, ultrasonic, eddy current and magnetic particle to the relevant standards required for your job.
