We wish to take this opportunity to keep you informed on what Convoluted has on offer to support the hose and fittings, fluid transfer and pressure piping industry.
Convoluted head office and main operations are in Seven Hills (a suburb of Sydney) – NSW Australia, with two supporting service branches in Keysborough VIC and Bibra lake WA from here we manufacture and supply our products throughout Australia and Overseas.

Convoluted is an Australian owned manufacturer of: Raw Composite Code Hose; Composite hose assemblies; Flexible metal hose assemblies; Interlocked industrial metal hose also known as Strip wound hose; Polygonal interlocked exhaust hose; interlocked metal diffusion armour: Flexi Flue and Bitumen Transfer Hose Assemblies.
We import and stock a range of: Rubber expansion joint bellows and flanges in Table D/E, ANSI 150 and DIN 16 in carbon steel and stainless steel; Thermal Protective fire sleeving like: Silicone coated aerospace grade fibre glass sleeve; plain fibre glass sleeve; ultra-high temperature silica sleeving; stainless steel braid; sleeving attachment crimp rings; custom made hose tags; stainless steel cable ties, ship to shore hoses, ship to ship hoses and ship to rig hoses and associated products.
We have overseas metal casting capabilities in Bronze, Aluminium and Stainless Steel using our own moulds for: Composite hose fittings (Petro-lock and Vapour-Lock); AS2475 threaded hose connections for bituminous materials; Mill specification Camlocks (CT lock); Heavy design industrial BSPT and NPT threaded male hex hose tails (CT hex); and other custom-built fittings.
Convoluted is an endorsed distributor of BEDA-Oxygentechnik lancing equipment and Weinhold WE-ER pressure couplings and steam equipment for Australia and New Zealand.
To compliment the oxygen lancing holders, we also supply the oxygen lance pipes in plain mild steel; Calorized lance; Thermic wire filled Lance; and lance igniters.
Additional services we offer are: Industrial oxygen cleaning; Used Bitumen Hose Cleaning and Re-Certification; in-house Hose Pressure Testing; Welding Services like Food Grade Fitting Welding; Pressure Pipe Welding; and Fabrication Services.
